The onsite restaurant, Napoleon, was a culinary delight, serving delicious international cuisine in a charming al fresco dining setting - a true feast for the senses.The warm and welcoming staff added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The ample breakfast served in the garden, surrounded by fragrant herbs and blooming flowers, was a delightful way to start the day. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, coupled with the picturesque surroundings, made our stay truly rejuvenating.I especially enjoyed exploring the nearby Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Nature Park, immersing myself in the area's natural beauty through cycling and hiking. The hotel's proximity to historical landmarks and charming cities like Jena, Gera, and Leipzig made it a convenient base for exploring the region.Hotel Zur Kanone exceeded our expectations with its cozy atmosphere, delectable cuisine, and attentive service.
